I saw a picture online of a few troops opening and reading letters in a package they were sent, by total strangers. It just melted my heart, seeing what little things gave these amazing hero's smiles. And I wanted to do the same thing.
Operation Smile's tagline is "Serving those who serve us". We are so blessed and so fortunate to have so many people who care for all of us.
We are starting of sending packages to two troops of men.
One is located in Afghanistan and consists of 38 males and 5 females.
The second is located in Iraq and consists of 16 males and 2 females.
I would like to get both locations boxes mailed out no later than 12 August 2010. Although this might be a stretch (only 3 weeks!) I know that a ton of people care and are willing to help!
